Hi, I'm Rylan! I am about a 1.5 years old and I weight about 45lbs. I still have lots of puppy energy so I love to play and then play some more! I am sometimes a little nervous about new things, like when I have to go to the vet and they want to stick me with something...but then they give me treats, so it's okay. I like to have other doggie friends to play with, and I like kitties, too! I am still young so I'm learning how do to big-dog things but I'm sure you'll be an awesome teacher!

 

My foster mom asked me to name my favorite things, which confused me because I think I love ALL the things!  But ok, I’ll try!

 

1) Playing in my yard all day every day.  Especially if it's sunny outside!

 

2) Meeting new people.  Little people, big people, dog people, cat people … (Foster Mom says those are actually just dogs and cats, not people.)

 

3) Playing with my toys with my foster mom and then chewing on my toys by myself.  Only Rylan toys though.  No couch toys or counter toys or shoe toys … those are No!

 

4) Going to the park with all the other dogs and people!  I like to make people smile so I go say hi to everybody.

 

5) Smiling!  Smiling is my favorite!  (My foster mom says I should tell everybody that Buddy from Elf would play me in a movie about my life.)

 

I also like being funny.  And sharing.  And naps.  And quiet time in my crate.  And getting treats.  And … I can’t really think of anything I don’t love!  I bet if we met, I’d love YOU!
